It's recommended that you pay close attention to the day-to-day care
of your vehicle through a series of checks that are also important to
its proper operation. These include:
When you stop for gas, check:
- Engine oil level
- Windshield washer reservoir level
- Radiator coolant level
- Low or underinflated tires
At least monthly check:
- The function of all interior and exterior lights
- Lap/shoulder belts and seat latches for wear and function
- Air pressure in spare tire
- Power steering fluid level
- Windshield wiper operation and clean all wiper blades
- Parking brake for proper operation
